0y088 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your Account, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and fulfillment of all obligations under these Terms. We may require a cooling-off period before processing final withdrawal requests.
